Roush 2011-14 5.0L F-150 Phase 2 replacement supercharger fuel charging assemblies are key components of the Phase 2 supercharger kit (P/N 421435), designed to boost the 5.0L Coyote V8 engine by replacing the stock intake manifold with a high-efficiency TVS2300 unit. These assemblies include the upper/lower intake manifolds, fuel injectors, rails, and a 60mm twin throttle body, delivering up to 727 hp. Key components and details: * Supercharger unit: Features the R2300 TVS (Twin Vortices Series) 2.3L roots-type positive displacement blower * Intake manifold: Redesigned upper and lower aluminum manifolds designed for increased airflow * Fuel system: Includes upgraded high-flow fuel injectors to support the increased power demands of the Phase 2, which offers more power than the Phase 1 * Throttle body: Twin 60mm throttle body with a matching spacer to maximize air intake * Performance: Designed to work with the Phase 2 calibration to provide significant power gains (appx. 210 hp and 150 lbs.-ft. over stock). * This assembly serves as the core, top-end replacement component for upgrading the 2011-14 F-150 5.0L to higher performance levels, often referred to as the "blower" or "supercharger top-end" in the kit.
