Diesel trucks are designed for towing heavy loads. If your rig is running 500 to 650 hp, then Valair Performance Quiet Street Dual Disc clutch kits are the way to tow. They feature tough heavy-duty parts, strong pressure plates, and a nodular iron flywheel. These kits are not intended for racing or competition use. Quiet clutch kits eliminate floater plate rattle when the clutch is pressed in, but gear rollover noise is inevitable when changing to a solid mass flywheel. It's often heard when the vehicle is under load at low rpm or idling, and it sounds like marbles in the transmission. Please educate yourself before purchase. You can conquer more terrain knowing the shocks come with a 7/8 in. hard chromed shaft and redundant seal pack designed for harsh environments, and they are fully serviceable for a lifetime of use. Adjust shock damping to accommodate the terrain and personal ride style with clicks of the Dual Speed Compression (DSC), maximize traction by dialing in wide range rebound, and set ride height with the preload collar.
