Set your Viper apart from the rest with a NOVI-2000 Viper supercharger kit from Paxton. The heart of these kits is the legendary NOVI-2000 gear-driven centrifugal supercharger, which combines nearly silent operation with unmatched dependability. They feature an integrated air-to-water, dual-pass charge cooler, a stand-alone timing control computer, a high-flow race bypass valve for surge-free compressor operation, and heat-resistant silicon duct connecting sleeves with premium-quality stainless steel clamps. A complete fuel system upgrade includes dual high-flow fuel pumps, a fuel control unit, fuel lines, and a wiring harness for safe, reliable operation. The included oil feed and oil drain assemblies deliver the best possible lubrication and cooling for the supercharger, even under sustained boost conditions. The supercharger drive systems include a tensioner and all of the necessary belts and pulleys, along with OEM-type cast aluminum mounting bracketry that securely mounts the units for a "factory-installed" appearance and rigid attachment. As if all of this isn't enough, the kits are compatible with factory OBD II engine management systems, are 50-state emissions legal, and include a reusable high-flow air filter. BD Diesel offers the Performance Common Rail Pump and Injector package for the ultimate in street performance without any extra modifications. This kit includes a drop-in a stock looking CP3 pump and common rail injectors that are far from stock performance levels. With the hood open, your friends will never know what you've got! The CP3 injection pump with 12mm stroke camshaft is engineered with modified plungers to produce up to 5.25 lpm versus the stock 3.05 lpm. Upgraded shaft material and heat treating process yields a stronger, more durable shaft. Long-term durability with consistent on-demand high fuel pressure supply provides efficient atomization—resulting in more power, better combustion, and lower EGTs. Flow-matched, high performance exchange common rail (CR) injectors use OE nozzles that are extrude-honed for increased flow and atomization.
