Hays Twister Full Race Torque Converters feature a custom-designed anti-balloon plate to stop any converter ballooning and swelling in racing situations. These torque converters are designed for use with a trans-brake and great for power adders such as nitrous, superchargers, and turbos. They're available with various RPM stall speed offerings to accommodate any mixture of modifications—including higher compression ratios, aftermarket camshafts, aftermarket cylinder heads, lower gear ratios, and vehicle weight loss. Additional product features: * All Full Race Series converters are built, tested, and proven to support up to 1,000 hp * Designed to handle the extreme shock and abuse of trans-brakes, nitrous oxide, superchargers, and turbochargers * State-of-the-art spray welding process is used in select areas. Spray welding provides clean, strong, and consistent fusion while also increasing strength through hardening from higher process temperature * Each converter is hand-built and inspected in every step of assembly to ensure top-of-the-line quality * All Hays torque converters are internally welded, compared to brazing. Hays designed the Twister torque converters to be one step short of being a "Full Race" converter giving you the perfect combination of performance and affordability. Every torque converter is hand built, inspected and tested to ensure they meet the top of the line quality you expect. To ensure consistency and improve performance each converter is built for one transmission with one bolt pattern, meaning a lighter converter to maximize performance. High flow stators promote better cooling and heavy duty Torrington bearings are used to increase strength and durability. Not ready to go a "Full Race" converter, Hays is there for you with their Twister 3/4 Race torque converters.

Auburn Gear Select-A-Loc differentials maximize your vehicle's traction with on-the-go system engage. These electronically controlled traction-enhancing differentials are selectable lockers offering the traction control of a limited-slip differential and a full-locking differential--all in one! When locker switch is off, the clutch pack activates the limited-slip mode. As torque increases, the separating forces within the differential gears increase, causing the clutch pack to be compressed, in turn providing bias torque to the highest traction wheel. When the locker switch is turned on, electronic current is sent to the electromagnetic coil which locks the axles together. Auburn Gear Select-A-Loc lockers feature a unique cone-clutch design with gearing made from aircraft-quality 9310 heat-treated billet steel for tough-as-nails strength. The lockers operate quietly without any shift fork or pins to line up to change the locker mode. A higher-than-stock stall speed as delivered by these B&M Holeshot converters will provide several advantages and benefits to vehicles with modified engines. Many modifications, particularly big cams, tend to reduce low-end power and torque. These high-stall converters allow the engine to launch the car at higher rpm, where more torque is available. They're a very good choice for the typical street machine that is looking for better launch capability and more strength.
