RAM HDX clutch kits are ideal for vehicles that will see mild street and occasional track use. These performance minded clutch kits will provide more clamping pressure over a stock unit and can handle power levels up to 450 hp. All HDX kits feature an increased clamp load pressure plate while providing smooth clutch engagement with only a slight increase in pedal effort. The HDX clutch disc features RAM's premium organic facing material for optimum performance. Most RAM clutch discs utilize an 8-spring hub to maximize disc strength and durability. All kits include the pressure plate, clutch disc, alignment tool, and release bearing where applicable.

RAM Powergrip HD Clutch Kits
RAM Powergrip HD clutch kits are the ultimate kit for extreme street and track performance. This race inspired clutch kit will provide more clamping pressure over a stock unit and can handle power levels up to 650 hp. All Powergrip HD kits feature an increased clamp load pressure plate, providing crisp clutch engagement with only a slight increase in pedal effort. The Powergrip HD clutch disc features RAM's premium 900 series metallic facing material on both sides. This allows the Powergrip HD unit to deliver maximum grip in an extreme high-horsepower street or racetrack application. These RAM Powergrip discs also utilize an 8-spring hub to maximize disc strength and durability. All kits include the pressure plate, clutch disc, alignment tool, and release bearing where applicable.

RAM Billet Aluminum Flywheels
If you're building an all-out competition car, then you need a lightweight flywheel that will allow the engine to rev quicker and not eat up a lot of power. RAM billet aluminum flywheels greatly reduce rotating weight to permit quicker revving and higher power output, but still retain enough mass to resist heat distortion that could adversely affect clutch performance. RAM billet aluminum flywheels are made in America and produced in house. All RAM flywheels are computer-balanced within a 1/2 oz., surface ground (which results an optimum mating surface), and are ready to run out of the box. SFI-approved, these flywheels are CNC-machined from certified materials and have rugged steel friction-surface inserts. RAM's billet aluminum flywheels feature a 1/4 in. thick friction insert to dissipate heat away without distortion. Technical note: As it spins, a heavy flywheel stores more energy than a lighter one. Engine and gearing combinations that require more power or inertia to make the car launch without bogging the motor need heavier flywheels. However, heavier flywheels accelerate slower. Lighter flywheels create less inertia at launch, but accelerate quicker through the gears. To effectively use a lighter flywheel, you must consider the car's weight, operating rpm of the engine, and, most importantly, the gearing. Too little gear will cause the engine to 'bog' on launch.

RAM Assault Weapon 90 Series clutch discs are designed for use in oval track applications. They are manufactured from the patented Rametallic friction material and work only with the 6.25 in. Assault Weapon clutch systems. Floater plates are sold separately and are required for installation.

RAM 7.25 Stock Car Series Clutch Kits
RAM 7.25 Stock Car Series clutch kits are specifically designed for Circle Track use. They feature a new internal drive mechanism that provides smooth, drivable engagement, a billet aluminum diaphragm pressure plate, a steel floater plate, and a 4-paddle metallic disc design with twice the friction material of other similar units. The discs have an 8-rivet hub assembly for added durability for 6-rivet hub discs. These kits will bolt directly to most existing 7.25 in. flywheels.
