All Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads feature threaded inserts in the rocker studs and exhaust manifold bolt holes for superior strength and durability. They also include hardened seats, bronze valve guides, and fully machined valve cover rails for a more consistent gasket seal. They offer improved power throughout the rpm range for greater throttle response and top-end horsepower. The intake and exhaust runners are CNC-machine profiled for superior flow and performance.

Designed for 396-502 c.i.d. big block Chevy engines, these Edelbrock cylinder heads include heavy-duty exhaust valves that provide the added durability needed for marine applications, and have one-piece, stainless steel intake valves with hardened tips and swirl-polished heads. The high-velocity flow capabilities of Edelbrock Performer RPM cylinder heads provide increased torque across a wide rpm range that's ideal for marine use. They're cast from A356 aluminum and heat-treated to T6 specs. Their oval-port heads have 110cc chambers and their rectangular port heads have 118cc chambers. Both the oval and rectangular port heads are hard-anodized to protect the aluminum in the harsh marine environments.

Edelbrock Pro-Port raw cylinder heads are un-ported versions of the Edelbrock race-winning Victor Series CNC heads for the professional cylinder head porter and engine builder. Pro-Port raw cylinder heads are cast with extra-thick walls to allow for custom CNC porting. They are the only heads designed specifically to accommodate almost any CNC port shape, size or location. Some Edelbrock Pro-Port raw heads feature their special Hot Isostatic Pressing or HIP Process.

Edelbrock Victor DR-17 Pro-Port raw cylinder heads are designed to give consistent performance in big block Chevys. These new-wave heads are based on the 24 degree Victor Gen II raw design, but feature 17 degree intake valve angles for improved efficiency and combustion, and a slight adjustment in location for better flow. Edelbrock uses a pressurized chamber and aerospace process called Hot Isostatic Pressing to compress castings at nearly 900 degrees F and 30,000 psi to give them nearly three times the average fatigue life, wicked strength, extreme density, and near billet aluminum consistency. DR17 Pro Port heads are cast with enough wall thickness for CNC-machining to various port dimensions, and will allow most CNC port shapes, sizes, and locations.
