They connect and support the end of the transmission input gear to the crankshaft when the clutch disc is released. Failure to use the proper pilot bushing can severely damage your transmission. Their design provides a greatly reduced moment of inertia, making them the perfect option for road, speedway, and short track racing. The kits feature a CAD-designed bellhousing that is precision CNC-machined to ultra-tight tolerances for long-lasting durability. The included Pro-Series clutch is available in different sizes and offers either steel or aluminum covers, as well as different friction disc options. All Quarter Master Pro-Series clutch and bellhousing kits include a bellhousing, a Pro-Series clutch with a button and steel ring gear assembly, a flywheel bolt kit, and a fixed hydraulic throwout bearing with a clutch inlet and bleed line kit.
