Flowtech Shorty Headers

Flowtech shorty headers are just the ticket for those who want the best of both worlds--top performance and a clean machine. They bolt on to your OEM exhaust system, offering real horsepower gains plus increased efficiency. These headers are made from durable 16-gauge tubing; feature TIG-welded, extra-thick 3/8 in. flanges for a leak-free seal, and come complete with premium gaskets and hardware. Plus, Flowtech Shorty headers are available in high heat-resistant black paint, ceramic thermal barrier coating or natural stainless finishes for improved rust and corrosion resistance. Additional features: * Designed as a direct fit replacement for OEM exhaust manifolds * High-flow, mandrel-bent tubes provide consistent tubing diameters for smooth flow and increased exhaust velocity Important notes: Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Flowtech recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage. Flowtech does not recommend the use of header wraps as this will void the warranty.

Flowtech Rams Horn Exhaust Manifolds

Flowtech Rams Horn exhaust manifolds feature a tightly fit block-hugger design for popular hot rod and street rods. The cast iron construction is styled in the vintage "Rams Horn" design for maximum strength and engine clearance. The manifolds use smooth-transition, 1 5/8 in. diameter primaries for increased exhaust flow, which means improved performance and throttle response. The thick header flange pads ensure a strong, leak-free seal.
