These Stage 2.5 handling kits feature UMI's most popular combination of front and rear springs, along with all the necessary components and hardware needed to transform your GM vehicle for improved handling, ride quality, and an impressive stance. Ride height is adjustable from stock to 2 in. below stock ride height, and the Viking shocks feature 19 settings in both compression and rebound. UMI Performance Boxed Weld-In Subframe Connectors
UMI Performance boxed weld-in subframe connectors are necessary chassis upgrades when racing and hard driving habits are present. UMI Performance boxed weld-in subframe connectors greatly improve your car's handling ability, while reducing T-top squeaks, dash rattles, and quarter-panel flexing. Subframe connectors essentially tie the front and rear steel subframes together, resulting in a stiffened and strengthened chassis, allowing for better weight transfer and improved traction when launching. When strength is a concern, square tubing has greater torsion resistance over tubular designs. They will work with all aftermarket exhaust systems and will not affect ground clearance. Their weld-in style requires no bolts to tighten and offer less chance of flex when compared with bolt-in types.

UMI Performance transmission mounted torque arms bolt on directly in place of the factory unit using existing mounting holes and require no drilling or welding. These torque arms are designed to eliminate wheel hop under hard acceleration and reduce 60 ft. times instantly. UMI Performance transmission mounted torque arms are supplied with a low-deflection front bushing designed to replace the stock rubber bushing and bolt in the existing clamshell. The rear torque arm mount is constructed entirely of 0.375 in. thick, CNC-machined mild steel and is fully MIG-welded.
