They're ideal for replacing or upgrading from a points triggered distributor. Max-Fire kits feature precision machining for a perfect fit, along with a simple 3-wire hook-up for an easy installation (with no need to run an external ignition control box). The centerless ground shaft utilizes an upper sealed roller bearing with an extra-long lower bronze Oil-Lite bushing for smooth operation. The high-output magnetic pickup and large paddle wheel reluctor deliver a strong trigger signal at high RPM for maximum performance. All of these features allow Max-Fire distributors to provide unrivaled voltage to the coil, ensuring that you're getting maximum performance from your engine. (Edelbrock also recommends a new Max-Fire coil for maximum voltage output, ensuring you get the most from your high performance engine at higher RPM's.) Edelbrock Pro-Tuner EFI distributors are designed for use with the Victor and Super Victor Pro-Tuner EFI systems and are also compatible with other aftermarket EFI management systems. They have a magnetic crank pickup and use a Hall-Effect pickup with an LED indicator for the camshaft sensor. Their cam sync pickup can be adjusted manually or with EFI Management software. The cam sync has a 12 in. lead with a 3-prong Weatherpack connector. The crank trigger has an 8 in. lead with a 2-prong Weatherpack connector.

Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 and Max-Fire Ford 289-347 and 351W distributor gears are specifically designed for Pro-Flo 4 and Max-Fire distributors in engines that are running a steel-core hydraulic roller camshaft. Made from steel, these distributor drive gears are an optional replacement part for the iron gear that comes installed with the distributor. Edelbrock Max-Fire Ford 289-302 steel distributor gears are designed specifically for use on Max-Fire distributors—in Ford small block 289-302 engines running a hydraulic roller camshaft with a billet steel core. These drive gears are designed specifically for small block Ford Max-Fire distributors with 0.467 in. diameter shaft and 0.250 in. hex oil pump drive. The gears are an optional replacement part for the iron gears that are identified by an orange paint dot that come pre-installed on the distributors. These new steel gears feature a white paint dot for easy identification.

These drive gears are an optional replacement part for the iron gears that come installed on the Pro-Flo 4 and Max-Fire distributors. The bronze gears are intended for high performance and race applications which require distributor drive gears that conform to the camshaft gear. This type of gear is designed to be sacrificial and should be inspected regularly and replaced when worn.

Edelbrock Pro-Flo 4 EFI ECU and electronics kits provide an economical, plug-and-play solution for enthusiasts who want to keep their existing EFI induction system (intake manifold, fuel rails, and accessories), but want the performance advantages of the Pro-Flo 4 EFI system. These kits include supporting sensors, a distributor, an ECU, wideband O2 sensor, wiring harness, and additional components for the specified application, and each EFI system has both fuel and spark control features. Components are controlled with iOS/Android E-Tuner software. More details: * ECU includes a learning capability feature that adjusts the fuel injection calibration to maintain the specified target air-fuel ratio * Minimal setup and tuning adjustments are required with Edelbrock's E-Tuner Software for IOS and Android tablets and cell phones * Software includes base calibrations for most applications and necessary adjustments for AFR target, ignition curve, idle speed, acceleration tuning, coolant fans, rev limiter, etc. Note: Customer must provide an induction system, including the manifold, throttle body, fuel rails, and injectors.
