TCI StreetFighter Automatic Transmission Packages
TCI StreetFighter automatic transmission packages are durable enough to withstand the rigors of even the toughest street machines. Using the highest quality TCI manufactured components, each StreetFighter package is equipped with an automatic valve body, most units allow you to manually shift the vehicle into each gear change or, by placing it in the drive position, remain fully automatic. This gives you racetrack shifts and shaves time off your ETs. Each transmission goes through a variety of tests to verify that internal fluid pressures and shift characteristic match TCI's strict quality control standards. For the system to operate properly, all throttle linkage, vacuum lines and kick-down components must be connected. Each transmission package consists of a triple-tested TCI transmission and precision-tuned torque converter, a universal transmission cooler and premium TCI RTF transmission fluid. TCI Super StreetFighter Transmissions
TCI Super StreetFighter transmissions bridge the gap between the StreetFighters and full Competition series transmissions. Like the StreetFighter units, these are equipped with 100 percent tested, manual/automatic valve bodies. That means that most units allow you to manually shift the vehicle into each gear change or, by placing it in the drive position, remain fully automatic. In either mode, you get a racetrack shift that bangs through the gears and shaves time off your ETs. When you use the manual gear selection feature, the Super StreetFighters upshift and downshift right when you move the lever, with no lag or governor override. Lakewood Safety Bellhousings
Lakewood safety bellhousings are designed for maximum performance and durability. They are cut on CNC 5 axis laser cutters rather than plasma cutters to improve finish quality, reduce heat damage and warpage from the plasma cutter, improve speed of manufacture, and make them all exactly the same.
