Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Cylinder Heads for Big Block Mopar
Trick Flow® PowerPort® 270 Max Wedge-style cylinder heads will significantly improve the power of your big block Mopar right out of the box. How? Well for starters, PowerPort® 270 heads are made from premium grade A356-T61 aluminum. That's important because it weighs a lot less than cast iron and is very strong. Trick Flow® engineers fixed the shortcomings of the factory head design by relocating the oil holes for the rocker shafts and optimizing the shape of the runners to increase flow velocity and add much needed strength to the shaft bosses. PowerPort® 270 heads also feature larger, raised Max Wedge-style intake runners that provide a straighter path to the valve for improved airflow. The runners are treated to Trick Flow's® signature high resolution CNC Competition Ported surface finish that guarantees proper dimensional accuracy with balanced flow from runner-to-runner for maximum power potential. Additional advantages of PowerPort® 270 heads include clearance for 3/8 in. pushrods, ductile iron valve seats, bronze alloy valve guides, and multi-angle valve seat machining on precision Serdi® equipment. Assembled cylinder heads come with premium 11/32 in. stainless steel valves, Trick Flow® by PAC Racing valve springs, chromoly and titanium retainer options, and 7 or 10-degree steel valve stem locks. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Sold individually. Since swapping cylinder heads can be a costly and time-consuming process, Trick Flow® designed the PowerPort® 270 heads to use all factory-style big block Mopar pistons. They also are manufactured to accept aftermarket roller rocker arms, and headers. A Max Wedge-style intake manifold is recommended for best performance.

COMP Cams Shaft Mount Aluminum Rocker Arms
COMP Cams shaft mount aluminum rocker arms are one of the most cost-effective ways to increase horsepower. These shaft rockers were designed using the latest in computer software and engineering. They center the roller tip over the valve tip at the correct time so that the roller tip is never more than 0.020 in. off-center of the valve tip. At the greatest load point, the roller tip contact is on the center of the valve. At valve closing, the roller tip contact is slightly behind the valve centerline. When the valve is at full open, the tip contact is slightly behind the centerline of the valve. The results are more horsepower and better performance.

Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys for both the intakes and exhausts, providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the given temperatures. All Manley titanium valves must pass their rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control enables them to deliver parts within tight tolerance.
