Since their release, Jesel Sportsman Series shaft rocker arms have proven themselves to be the ultimate replacements for inadequate stud rocker assemblies on OEM and aftermarket cylinder heads. The 2024 aluminum bodied rocker arms are designed to withstand open spring pressures of up to 900 lbs., while maintaining precise valve lash settings. They are designed to bolt on with little to no cylinder head modifications and in most cases still fit under a stock valve cover. The rocker geometry is preset and engineered using the common valve supplied with the specific cylinder head to provide a bolt-on-and-go installation. COMP Cams shaft mount aluminum rocker arms are one of the most cost-effective ways to increase horsepower. These shaft rockers were designed using the latest in computer software and engineering. They center the roller tip over the valve tip at the correct time so that the roller tip is never more than 0.020 in. off-center of the valve tip. At the greatest load point, the roller tip contact is on the center of the valve. At valve closing, the roller tip contact is slightly behind the valve centerline. When the valve is at full open, the tip contact is slightly behind the centerline of the valve. The results are more horsepower and better performance.

COMP Cams Race XD mechanical roller lifters are strong, durable, and versatile. They feature a lightweight modular design with interchangeable pushrod seats. Available in medium or large offsets with left or right placement, Race XD lifters are configurable to clear the most extreme intake angles. Two finishes are offered: REM finished bodies create an extra-smooth surface for reduced lifter body and bore wear; and the DLC-coated bodies further minimize friction for the ultimate in durability. For excellent strength in extreme operating conditions, COMP Cams also enhances their Race XD lifters with a proprietary bronze alloy roller wheel bushing and an oversized captured link bar to connect the individual lifters. In an effort to eliminate the culprit of most roller lifter failures, these bushed solid roller lifter sets have oiling systems that ensure consistent roller wheel and axle lubrication. Manley titanium valves feature forged one-piece construction with grain flow, not a head welded to a stem. These jewel-like valves are machined in state-of-the-art CNC turning centers and valve stem grinders to exacting tolerances. Manley utilizes the finest titanium alloys for both the intakes and exhausts, providing the best balance of mechanical properties, hardness, ductility, and fatigue strength at the given temperatures. All Manley titanium valves must pass their rigorous final inspection process, and strict quality control enables them to deliver parts within tight tolerance. Custom valves can be delivered within a very reasonable turnaround time. Seat coatings are also available on certain shelf stock part numbers, as well as on custom valves.

Jesel Sportsman tie-bar roller lifters offer Jesel quality and durability at a lower cost. From mild drag engines, street/strip builds, pleasure boats to circle track, these lifters will give you the bulletproof performance you are looking for. Sportsman lifters have polished 8620 heat-treated bodies and are assembled with bronze bushing cam rollers. They also share the same roller, axle, tie-bar, and hardware found in Jesel's Pro Series line. The bronze bushings used have been tested for durability through hundreds of torturous dyno pulls and over a million cycles on Jesel's in-house Spintron. Lifters are available for select OE and aftermarket applications with a range of lifter body diameters from .842 in. to .905 in. with either offset or on-center pushrod seats. Few things serve to grab our attention at a car show or cruise night more than a car with a thumping, high performance idle. In an ongoing quest to provide you with the performance and sound that you demand, COMP Cams' engineering team proudly introduces the Thumpr Series hydraulic roller cam and lifter kits. They are designed for use in engines that were originally equipped with flat tappet camshafts. The lobe profile and grind characteristics of these Thumpr camshafts use a combination of an early exhaust valve opening, a long exhaust duration, and a generous amount of intake and exhaust overlap. They're designed to maximize the rough-idling characteristics of the cams, giving you a seriously aggressive exhaust note without negatively impacting the power output or streetability of the engine. They are available in three different grind profiles. Each one will produce a rough, racy exhaust note and impressive amounts of horsepower and torque within a different rpm range.
