If you have an upcoming project that involves the installation or removal of ball joints, Performance Tool offers a great problem-solving solution with these ball joint adapter tool sets. These sets include the necessary tools to service press fit type ball joints without removing the control arms and will service most cars and light truck U-joints, either on or off of the vehicle. The 4x4 adapters allow for the removal and installation of upper and lower ball joints on 1967 and later 4WD vehicles with Dana 44 axles and, in addition, can remove and install brake anchor pins. To expand the service capabilities of these sets, just use them in conjunction with Performance Tool's master ball joint adapter sets.
