Dyna 2Ki Programmable Ignitions not only add to, but extend, many features of the Dyna 2000 modules with a completely new design that fits under the cam cover. Every time power to the ignition is switched on, the 2Ki checks to see if the coil is shorted, mis-wired, or of the wrong type. If an error is detected, the 2Ki will immediately switch off and issue a warning. After starting, the 2Ki continuously monitors the status of the coil and wiring. Just do it. Installing Daytona Twin Tec TC88 ignition kits are one of the best things you can do to your bike. With them, you'll pull harder, start faster, won't foul the plugs, and it'll idle great, too. If you're looking for a more adaptable and tunable upgrade and timing advance modifications to accommodate stock to customized engines, their adjustability factor and easy plug-in installation are the big reasons for their use, as well as the easy to dial-in, digitally set rpm limits with a selectable multi-spark mode for quick starting and smooth cruising. Single fire ignitions eliminate many Harley® backfire problems and enhance idle quality. Daytona Twin Tec mini coil kits include two miniature coils and universal spark plug wires to independently fire each spark plug, only on the compression stroke. They are intended for custom motorcycles where space is at a premium and single fire is required for maximum performance. Mini coil kits feature 3-ohm primary resistance and are compatible with most aftermarket single fire ignitions and Daytona Twin Tec models 1005-1007. Overall dimensions: 2.4 in. x 2.3 in. x 1.6 in. (not including terminals and towers).

Your Harley® will run much better with Daytona Twin Tec Model 1005 internal ignition kits versus the older solid-state points eliminator that relied on the mechanical advance flyweights and all that. The "race mode" settings are awesome! They'll wake up your old bike. The advance curve network with adjustable advance slopes will accommodate stock to highly modified engines.
