BluePrint Builder Series 632/815HP Standard Edition EFI crate engine and 4L80E transmission combos take the guesswork out of matching up an engine and transmission for your ride. Featuring a fuel injected Chevy big block-compatible 632 (c.i.d.) engine that produces 815 horsepower, this standard edition builder Pro Series includes a polished pulley kit and 4L80E automatic transmission. The aluminum BluePrint Engines cylinder heads help produce a nice 11.0:1 compression ratio, with assistance from the hydraulic roller camshaft, forged pistons, and forged crankshaft. Altogether, this assembly produces 775 lbs.-ft. of torque. S&S Cycle offers oil pump driveshaft woodruff keys for a wide range of Harley-Davidson© street bikes from 1936 through 2000. The semi-circular shaped machine keys fit into a specially cut slot (called a keyway) on a shaft, preventing gears, hubs, or other components from rotating independently on that shaft. They essentially act as a locking mechanism to keep parts aligned and prevent slippage during rotation. These steel replacements are machined according to factory specs to ensure proper fitment and performance. The keys are available individually or in a set of 10.

S&S Cycle Inner Cam Gears
S&S Cycle offers inner cam gears for a variety of Harley-Davidson© street bikes from 2006 and up. This is the gear located on the inside of a camshaft, directly connected to the camshaft itself. It's responsible for transferring rotational motion from the timing belt or chain to the camshaft, allowing it to open and close the engine valves at the correct timing. Essentially, an inner cam gear is the primary gear on the camshaft that engages with the timing system to rotate the camshaft properly. These OE-style replacements are manufactured from factory materials and specifications to ensure proper fitment and long-lasting performance.
