Many Sonnax clutch hubs are designed for the extra-duty requirements of drag racing with Powerglide and other GM transmissions, for instance. Machined from a high-quality medium carbon steel forging, most hubs will accept five friction discs for the added load capacity needed in high horsepower race cars. All splines and thrust surfaces are precision-machined to exacting tolerances, and the unique lube hole pattern is designed to reduce drag on the friction discs in low gear. Sonnax clutch hubs are also available with or without lightening holes to reduce rotational weight.

The Sonnax adjustable rear servo pin kit 34912-01K replaces GM TH400 and '95-earlier 4L80-E servo pins. OE pins have seven different lengths to allow for adjustment of the Low/Reverse band—but are no longer available from GM. The Sonnax pin kit has an adjustment range that covers the five longest OE pins to allow for accurate setting of the Low/Reverse servo piston travel. The pin features an O-ring groove to prevent leakage of line pressure past the case pin bore. Kit contents: * Servo Pin * Screw * (4) Small washers * (1) Large washer * (2) O-Rings

Sonnax heavy-duty reverse pistons offer high-strength that will not break at racing pressures. Made from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, Sonnax reverse pistons are configured to utilize four frictions and five steels, but can also be machined to accept additional frictions and steels for trans-brake applications. They're customizable for any application. To reduce rotating weight in Circle Track applications, two frictions (rotating) and seven steels (non-rotating) can be used. Sonnax heavy-duty reverse pistons include inner and outer seals.

Sonnax replacement accumulator seal kits contain five sets of seals to refresh the sealing capabilities of their pin-less accumulator kits. Each accumulator takes one D-ring and one seal. The D-rings are made from Viton® and the seals are PTFE. Improve sealing characteristics with Sonnax replacement accumulator seal kits.

Sonnax cooler line repair kits allow case salvage without transmission removal. A common complaint in late-model Chrysler rear-wheel-drive units is a cracked and/or leaking case caused by installing the cooler lines. The tapered threads and the lack of a stop on the OE cooler line fitting can load the case and create a fracture, resulting in leakage that may require replacing the case. Sonnax kits feature adapters that seal on the leading edge, preventing fluid from reaching the fitting threads and crack. The fittings have straight, not tapered threads, to prevent the crack from spreading. A special tap tool for case threads is also included in the cooler line repair kits.
