S&S Cycle Super E Carburetors
You thought it couldn't get better, but it did! S&S Cycle Super E carburetors have four fuel delivery ports for better throttle response, and a smoother transition from the low/intermediate system to the main jet. They've also added an O-ring seal around the idle mixture screw to eliminate the possibility of air leakage and to help prevent the screw from vibrating out of adjustment. Super E carburetors feature adjustable accelerator pumps and special variable-position enrichment systems for quick throttle response and easy starting. These "super" carburetors are direct replacements and use your factory dual cable system for safe operation. The carbs are available in standard and shorty models. S&S Cycle high-output single-fire ignition coils are a perfect complement to the their IST or Super Stock ignition systems. These coils are actually two separate coils in a single package, and work well with all big twin and Harley-Davidson® Sportster models which have been converted to use single-fire electronic ignitions. S&S Cycle Oil Pump Kits
If you're overhauling an older motorcycle engine or building a lubrication system from scratch, consider the turnkey ease of S&S Cycle oil pump kits. They offer the same width oil supply and return gears as a stock Harley-Davidson® aluminum pump, but these driveshaft gears increase potential oil volume delivery by 25 percent over stock on some engines. S&S pumps are machined with an oil pressure bleed-off passage, relieving pressure build-up on top of the valve to maintain consistent oil pressure. Excess oil is also routed directly to the supply side of the pump to reduce the amount returned to the tank—which means less foaming and cavitation. The S&S Cycle V111 cylinder kits are an exceptional choice for riders who choose to re-work their bikes for more power. This 4 1/8 in. bore cylinder and piston kit by S&S Cycle replaces the cylinders and pistons on early production S&S V111 engines for 1984-1999 Big Twins. With top-of-the-line components, the V111 cylinder kits include S&S 4 1/8 in. bore cylinders, forged pistons, rings, wrist pins, head and base gaskets. Pistons are flat topped design intended for use with S&S Super Stock cylinder heads. The cylinders are machined with the S&S bolt pattern and are intended for use in S&S crankcases used in early S&S V111 engines. Designed for 4 3/8 in. stroke flywheels, resulting in 111 in. displacement.
