Seals-it torque tube seals prevent rear-end lube from traveling up the torque tube and leaking out the bell. The seals consist of aluminum housings with three O-rings on the outer diameter and two patented, grease-resistant, high-temperature seals on the inside. The housings are available in anodized colors and in four sizes to fit most open wheel race cars.

Hays heavy-duty flexplates for high performance and competition engines are constructed from a thicker-than-stock steel plate. This enables them to withstand the stress of high-stall torque converters and high-rpm engines. While factory stock plates tend to crack around the crankshaft hub when punished under high-torque and rpm conditions, the thicker Hays flexplates can handle the force. These heavy-duty flexplates are supplied with a ring gear that is securely welded in place. All Hays heavy-duty flexplates are zinc-dichromate plated to resist corrosion and SFI-certified under specification 29.1.
