The VW/Audi MQB platform vehicles combine a potent turbocharged 4-cylinder, modern styling, and a surprisingly effective chassis to produce a vehicle that portrays the legendary spirit of the hot hatch. Although a small component, this hose upgrade makes a significant difference in engine bay aesthetics for vehicles featuring an aftermarket intake system such as the Mishimoto MQB Performance air intake. This silicone re-route hose is constructed from five layers of silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers. The material is superior to the factory rubber counterpart and will provide years of service without degrading. Mishimoto engineers have integrated a factory-style internal check valve to ensure coolant returns to the reservoir properly.
