The metering blocks are fully adjustable (emulsion bleeds, power valve channel restrictors, and idle feed restrictors). These carburetors include redesigned Holley HP fuel bowls for racing. Internal baffling helps to control fuel slosh and minimize float level fluctuations in hard launching or cornering situations. Pontiac engines, but feature a CNC-machined combustion chamber. The CNC-machined chambers result in a consistent and precise chamber for improved flow performance. Performer RPM CNC cylinder heads are available in two chamber sizes. The 87cc chamber version is ideal for 9.5:1 engines and will deliver excellent street performance on low-octane fuel. AFR offers 195cc Street Hawk CNC Gen 3 Hemi cylinder heads for a variety of Jeep, Chrysler, Ram, and Dodge vehicles from 2003 and up. The heads are manufactured from A356 aluminum using permanent-mold technology for better port, chamber and quality finishes. They feature street performance CNC-ported intake runners, exhaust ports and combustion chambers. These cylinder heads are outfitted with AFR's trademarked .750 in. thick head deck to meet the boost and power demands of today's OEM and aftermarket engines. AFR has improved the water jacketing for enhanced cooling while retaining a minimum of .200 in. port to water jacket thickness.
