RaceQuip PRO20 Side Airs are Snell SA2020-rated, full-face auto racing helmets that incorporate contemporary styling with modern production techniques. These helmets are referred to as forced-air, blower, or pumper helmets because they have a provision on the helmet to attach a fresh air hose. Air is plumbed into the left side of the helmet through a standard 1.250 in. barbed fitting, so air flows across the face shield from left to right for cooling and anti-fogging. The shell utilizes pressurized steel molds to achieve the best combination of strength and lighter weight. The SA rating means that the interior, paint, and Kevlar® chin strap are fire retardant, so these helmets are suitable for all motorsports. If you need or prefer a full-face helmet with side-flow air, this is the model for you. Please verify the size when ordering. Simpson Drag Boots are primarily intended for use with their MTO.SS Super Suit, but could be worn with other driving suits as an added safeguard. They're knee-high, made completely from Nomex (including the sole areas), and have side zippers for easy-on/easy-off use. Because you wear them over your shoes, they are available in six loose-fitting sizes ranging from small to extra-large. They're SFI 15-approved, come in black only, and feature the Simpson logo on the front.
