AEM Electronics cam angle sensor discs are 24-tooth direct replacements for the factory CAS discs and may be necessary with some Series 1 or 2 EMS when you need to run a different CAS. Before purchasing, be sure that the center of the AEM CAS disc looks exactly like the stock disc in your distributor, and match the hubs of your disc to your AEM disc before ordering.

While most gas stations label their flex fuel as E85 (85 percent ethanol/15 percent gasoline), the actual content could be quite different. AEM sensors deliver the ability to determine the composition of the fuel blend pumped into your vehicle at any given time. They measure content percentage and fuel temperature allowing users with programmable engine management systems (capable of tuning for flex fuel) the ability to optimize their engine's tuning calibration for fuel ethanol content. Replace your worn or malfunctioning vehicle speed sensor with one of these Standard Motor Products vehicle speed sensors. Depending upon a vehicle's equipment, the vehicle speed sensor commonly called a VSS may influence or control more systems than any other single sensor. Early-model vehicle speed sensors were just used to regulate the cruise control and control transmission shifts. Now, with OBD-II, vehicle speed is considered a part of the overall engine operating strategies, affecting both fuel delivery and ignition timing. The operations of the idle-air control valve and canister-purge cycle are regulated, in part, by the VSS. Automatic transmissions need VSS data to provide the best performance and mileage. Torque converter clutch operation is controlled by the VSS. In an electronically shifted transmission, VSS signals, instead of hydraulic pressure in the valve body, are used to determine shift points.
