AEM Mini Master Battery Management Systems

AEM Mini Master battery management systems are comprised of three components: 1. VCU 2. BMS-18 Mini Master 3. BMS-18 Satellite(s) The BMS is implemented as two different module types: the Mini Master and the Satellite. Each module is capable of measuring up to 18 cells and three temperatures (thermistors), but the Master also contains the CAN communication interface and J1772 charging specific connections needed for each battery pack. The VCU communicates with the BMS via the Mini Master module and all battery packs need at least one Mini Master unit. The Satellites expand the capability of the Master by an additional 18 cells and three thermistors per additional Satellite connected. The Satellite modules are connected to their Master via a high-speed serial interface (isoSPI) that allows additional units to be daisy chained together, adding as many Satellites as necessary for the battery pack configuration. The VCU is responsible for all BMS control logic. All setup and calibration items can be modified using the AEMCal user interface. Features: * Add-on expansion for VCU products, enabling the VCU's battery management features * Distributed BMS architecture allows for easy support of distributed battery packs * Interfaces with J1772 charge port to automatically power up vehicle when charge plug is connected * Up to 16 BMS18 Satellites can be connected to a single BMS18 Mini Master to support up to 1,200 V systems

Superchips Pulsar XT Ford Bronco Computer Programmers

Superchips Pulsar XT Ford Bronco computer programmers control the following features: * Amber DRLs: This allows you to use the amber lights as your daytime running lights and turn signals. Stock, they are used only as turn signals. NOTE: DRLs will not be amber when your high beams or low beams are on. * Auto Start Stop Disable: Disables or enables the auto start/stop system on vehicles already equipped with it. * Battery Management System: Disables BMS. This will allow the battery to charge above the preset threshold. The vehicle will no longer warn you if your battery is getting low due to your headlights or radio being on. The side effect of disabling this system is the auto start stop system will also be disabled. * Dark Mode: Interior lights will remain off when the doors are opened. * Daytime Running Lights: Enable/disable DRLs * DTC Read/Clear: Feature will scan vehicle for Diagnostic Trouble Codes and report any found. Clear command will delete any present codes in the system * Emissions Readiness: This feature will check the current status of the vehicle's emissions readiness monitors. * Fog Lights with High Beams: Enables fog lights to stay on with high beams. * Headlamp Switch: The stock setting is for the vehicle to put the headlamp switch to "auto" when the vehicle is turned on. This will allow the vehicle to remember the previous setting after a key cycle. * Honk Warning: No longer honks if you leave the vehicle with the key if the engine is running. * Remote Start Duration: Change duration to 0, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. * Tire Size: Allows speedometer and odometer calibration for tire size changes up to 37 in. tall (36.25 in. measured). For most accurate results, measure tire height mounted on vehicle with a tape measure and input that reading, not what is printed on tire sidewall. * TPMS Adjust: Allows factory TPMS warning threshold to be adjusted between 1-99 psi. Use this feature if you want to run lower than factory tire pressure * TPMS Disable: This feature will completely turn off the TPMS system. Use when running below 25 psi or if tires are no longer equipped with TPMS sensors.
