Dinan carbon fiber air intake systems force-feed the engine with greater volumes of cool, oxygen-rich air for substantial power gains. These kits are so effective that the carbon fiber inlet air temperature is a full 40 degrees F cooler than the incoming air from the stock inlet. Due to the increased airflow, the power-curve is extended into the higher rpm for a noticeable change. Dinan carbon fiber air intake systems are direct replacements for the factory air box lid. They employ a hand-crafted carbon fiber unit--including a secondary carbon fiber intake tube that captures cool air from the lower grill. Dinan Valved Exhaust Systems
Dinan valved exhaust systems are available in cat-back and rear axle back options for a variety of Toyota applications. These exhausts convey the sweet sounds of a deep, rich, euphonious note that are unmistakably Dinan; in addition to retaining the flexibility of valves, Dinan exhausts are the epitome of sound without sacrifice. Utilizing factory cut points and mounting mechanics, Dinan exhaust systems are a straightforward install with precision fitment, just like you'd expect straight from the manufacturer. Mounting and proper fitment is where the similarities to the factory exhaust end, however. Fabricated from brushed 100 percent T304 stainless steel, TIG-welded and free of hydroformed pipe, each upgraded system is a marked improvement from its predecessor—both in terms of material/construction and overall looks. For weight savings and simplicity, the stock single-to-dual pipe setup has been abandoned in favor of an enlarged, free-flowing single pipe system. Dinan High Performance Intercoolers
Dinan intercoolers elicit impressive power gains and a wider power band, along with astounding cooling characteristics—nearly guaranteeing that "heat soak" is a thing of the past. Heat robs power, and greater power gains are achieved with a larger high performance intercooler. Dinan intercoolers provide a major increase in face area, along with an equally impressive increase in volume—substantially reducing the pressure drop to 0.8 psi, as well as providing for more efficient heat exchange and more consistent output power. The core design allows two separate cores to be working in conjunction with one another at all times. This doubling of resources is directly responsible for the huge improvement in the delta from charge air temperature to ambient temperature.
