APR A02 Flow-Formed Bronze Wheels
APR A02 flow-formed bronze wheels pay homage to several classic wheels in a unique design that is sure to turn heads. Central to the wheel is a classic 5-spoke pattern that has been hollowed out for weight savings and interlaced inside of a 5-spoke "Y" pattern that pays respect to the APR A01 wheels. The meshing together of these two iconic designs creates a snowflake pattern from decades past. APR A02s are flow-formed from A356 aluminum making them strong and lightweight, yet cost dramatically less than forged wheels. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was used to reduce spoke width to reduce weight while providing the strength necessary to achieve a 720 KG load rating. Weight-saving pockets are cut behind the wheel face to reduce weight, too. Strong billet aluminum CNC-machined rings allow the wheels to be compatible with both common center bores, and won't wobble, crack, or crumble like other materials. The center caps are removable, upgradeable, and compatible with various OEM center caps. The lug bolts are compatible with OEM ball seat lugs, and the barrel has anti-slip machining features to prevent tire-to-wheel rotation. APR Turbo Muffler Delete Pipes
The APR turbo muffler delete pipes are designed to replace the factory muffler with a straight, uninterrupted piece. The delete pipes are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and anodized black. To ensure proper sealing, APR's engineers took a two-part approach. A Viton® seal is included and forms a seal between the base of the muffler housing and the new piece. With the seal in place and the outer flange installed, the muffler delete tube screws into place, forming a full, uninterrupted path for airflow. APR Throttle Body Inlet Systems
APR throttle body inlet system is a comprehensive upgrade to the factory charge pipe system from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. APR replaces all the components and provide a new, larger, free flowing system that flows roughly 34 percent more than stock. This was achieved by increasing the cross-sectional area of the system and by reducing the tight radius bend directly in front of the throttle body. This system does away with two potential boost leak points thanks to their single cast design. They have upgraded the intercooler outlet hose to a multiply wire-reinforced silicone design with T-bolt clamps that resist boost leak over the stock counterpart. APR's new billet throttle body to manifold adapter provides a convenient boost and vacuum reference point which can be used to for a gauge or anything else that suits your build. Lastly the system comes complete with new throttle body and intake manifold gaskets, which are common leak points many never know to address.
