AutoMeter intelligent hand-held battery testers analyze 12, 24, and 36 V starting and charging systems, displaying the batteries' condition in CCA's, voltage charge, diode ripple, and status. These reverse-polarity protected hand-held units detect loose leads, bad cells, and real-time alternator output voltage. Tests can be conducted on individual batteries from 50 to 1700 CCA, and up to 3500 CCA parallel. They can also test 6 V batteries, 42 V mild hybrid starter and charger systems, and starter system draw.
