RSE uses a state-of-the-art automated powdercoating system to acid etch the raw base material in preparation for the textured black topcoat. Rock Slide Engineering Step Sliders ready your rig for any adventure. Rated for moderate off-road conditions, these fully functional, trail rated, rock sliders are integrated with a power step for easy access for all demographics and everyday use. RSE engineers have incorporated Smart Motor technology to keep your step deploying and retracting consistently, even in cold and harsh weather, and a sleep mode has been built in to minimize battery drainage. Step Sliders also provide protection for the rocker panel on your vehicle. The step will deploy a full 12 in. down from the body of the Slider when the door is opened, then after closing your door, the step will automatically retract and sit flush with the body of the step slider. Rock Slide Engineering Step Sliders feature 10-gauge, 3/16 in. steel construction and a state-of-the-art automated powdercoating system to acid etch the raw base material in preparation for the rugged textured black topcoat. The internals are made of stainless steel and aluminum to prevent rusting. The installation features a plug-and-play system designed to utilize the factory mounting points and the use of a stand-alone wire harness (no splicing or rewiring), allowing you to retain your manufacturer warranty after installation. Rock Slide Engineering Step Slider skid plates are fabricated from 3/16 in. steel to protect the side and bottom your Step Sliders. Sliders are designed to take a hit, but if you love more aggressive trails, skid plates are necessary. RSE's skid plates are made to fit the sliders like a phone case and screw into your existing Step Slider with the same brackets. A cutout for the actual step will allow your steps to continue functioning. The plates are put through RSE's state-of-the-art automated powdercoat system to acid etch the raw base material in preparation for the durable textured black topcoat. Skid plates are available for 2- and 4-door vehicles. Choose the one designed for your Step Slider-equipped vehicle.

Rock Slide Engineering Step Slider door delete kits allows continued step functionality without the doors. RSE understands when summertime comes around, many enthusiasts want to remove their doors and continue to use their steps. With the Rock Slide door delete kits, simply unplug your door sensors and install the kit for manual control of the step sliders when the doors are removed. The kits will fit any RSE Step Slider electrical harness and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty on electrical components.
