Shafer's Classic Reproductions exhaust systems are available for a variety of popular classic vehicles—most in your choice of aluminized or stainless steel tubing. These complete exhaust systems are available as accurate OE replicas, or with a number of high performance options and variations. Shafer's exhaust systems are manufactured to OEM specifications using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. Laser-scanned from original factory components, the data is stored for use by the pipe benders, resulting in correctly bent tubing accurate to within 0.0005 in. for an exact duplicate each time the part is produced. Hooker Super Competition sidemount headers and mufflers deliver the most aggressive style and performance for your early Corvette, Camaro, Nova, or Firebird. Sidemount headers are built from lightweight 18-gauge tubing. Sidetubes slip directly into the collector for a leak-free seal. They are available in your choice of three finishes: Show quality chrome, high heat-resistant black paint, and metallic ceramic coating. The replaceable mufflers are available separately in two different styles: glasspack and reverse flow. The glasspack style provides the highest performance with minimal backpressure and sound control, while the reverse flow is designed for maximum sound control. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

They feature large diameter 304 stainless steel construction with smooth-flowing mandrel-bent tubing for maximum exhaust flow. Among the options are street and OEM-style replacements, or high-rpm performance and race applications. Choose from styles such as header-back, cat-back, rear axle-back, and full-length. Look over the available options and select the model designed for your vehicle.
