The engineers at FAST teamed up with the airflow specialists at RHS to develop a 3-piece, polymer intake manifold. They are constructed from a proprietary advanced polymer material that offers a host of benefits over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including lighter weight and improved strength and heat dissipating characteristics. While they feature a 102mm air inlet that is perfectly suited to the FAST Big Mouth 102mm throttle body, they can also be used with stock or aftermarket 90mm or 92mm throttle bodies. Other features include integrated nitrous bungs and perfect bolt-on fitment that allows for the use of factory accessories without modifications or clearance concerns. FAST LSXRT intake manifolds are designed specifically for GM truck engines (4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L) and LS1, LS2, and LS6 race applications where hood clearance is not a concern. FAST LSXRT 102mm intake manifolds follow the path chartered by the original FAST LSX Gen III intakes by featuring a modular design that allows for easy porting and disassembly and a runner design that yields an incredible 25 peak horsepower gain over the stock intake (on a stock 6.0L engine with a Big Mouth 102mm throttle body). Since1958, they have been producing high-quality, hand-built, mandrel-bent exhaust headers. Each and every header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove all of the exhaust from each cylinder, reducing pumping losses, and resulting in dramatic increases in horsepower and torque. Doug's headers are carefully developed on the vehicles that they are intended to fit and are re-checked numerous times during the design and manufacturing process. Their designs include mid-length headers, Tri-Y headers, and long tube headers, plus manifold replacement headers. Their headers come with all the necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connector pipes, premium extra-thick gaskets, and detailed installation instruction sheets. The gaskets are rated up to 1100 degrees F, pressures to 3700 psig (255 bar), and are designed for an exact port match with their headers.
