GearStar GM 6L90E Level 3 Transmissions

GearStar GM 6L90E Level 3 transmissions come with a custom billet Yank Performance torque converter. This is the first of many upgrades that go into making sure that each transmission is not only built for performance and durability but longevity as well. These units come programmed with a VIN number that will work with most aftermarket transmission controllers. If this is going into a stock application, GearStar has the ability to program the transmission with your VIN number to ensure it's a direct replacement. The next upgrades for this transmission are expanded capacity performance clutch packs. Level 3 transmissions come with all new electrics, including the wiring harness, internal computer, all sensors and solenoids—along with all new bushings, bearings, and seals. To help with durability and performance, the transmissions come with a billet pump rotor, billet 4-5-6 clutch hub, hardened and reinforced clutch hubs, and a hardened rear planetary gear assembly. Every transmission is assembled by one of GearStar's five expert builders. The transmission packages arrive dyno tested with 100 miles already on the transmission, which means the break-in procedure has been done and they're ready to go!

BD Diesel Performance Automatic Transmissions

BD Diesel Performance automatic transmissions are designed to transfer the power from high-torque modified diesel engines. They feature redesigned clutch packs with 50 percent more holding surface, steel 6-pin planetary gear carriers, and new lube ports added for high-load areas. Shift strategies and pressure circuits are also modified to handle the high-torque applications. BD Diesel transmissions are not rebuilt factory transmissions--they are custom-tailored to work with your modified truck.
