Meet the newest member of the iconic 350-based ZZ engine family—ZZ6! Chevrolet Performance has rated these base crates to really deliver the power, thanks in part to their unique, lightweight aluminum cylinder heads that enable optimal airflow at high rpm. The engines are based on the proven Fast Burn design with large intake runners and valves. Along with their beehive-style valve springs that offer high-rpm efficiency and durability, the ZZ6 blocks make the most of every cubic inch of air drawn through them. Supporting the massive flow of air is an aggressive hydraulic roller camshaft and a forged steel crankshaft. The ZZ6 350 c.i.d. base crate engine kit includes intake manifold, distributor, water pump, damper, flexplate, and the distinctive, race-inspired valve covers.
