Once the belt tension has been set, the adjustment tool is easily removed and stowed away until the next time that the belt requires adjustment. March Performance Pontiac V8 serpentine conversion kits are super trick, one-belt drive systems that run off of standard-rotation 1969 or later water pumps. Using this new serpentine design will totally eliminate any belt throwing and enhance your engine compartment. The pulleys are CNC-machined from solid 6061 T-6 billet aluminum for extra strength and wear. To get perfect belt tensioning, stainless steel rods with chromoly ends are used. To eliminate polishing in those hard-to-reach places, all parts are covered with a maintenance-free clear powdercoated finish.
