Designed to improve stance, each kit includes the necessary components to set your vehicle up right with clearance for larger tires at an affordable price. Featuring a set of Fox 2.0 IFP (internal floating piston) gas shocks, BDS lift kits may also include either ProRide coil springs for improved ride quality and more articulation, Glideride leaf springs to provide full lift height and increased capacity, or steel blocks and add-a-leaf for a level stance from front to rear. As kit components vary by truck model, BDS's tried and true high-clearance design holds true for improved ground clearance strength and off-road protection, all while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kits utilize high-arched laser-cut 1/4 in. thick steel crossmembers, top-mounted strut spacers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles designed to work with replacement/factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.
