If it weren't for axles, the wheels on your vehicle wouldn't be moving anywhere. When those all-important parts twist, break, or have other difficulties, simply replace them with Crown Automotive direct-fit axle shaft assemblies. These assemblies are available for numerous axle types, such as CV-style, C-clip, front inner and outer, and bolt-in. While some replacement axles use hardened 4340 chromoly shafts, most are designed and steel-built to OEM specs for reliability and fitment. Each axle is engineered for its particular location and differential. Crown direct-fit assemblies cover many models of vehicles.

If you wheel hard or are involved in competition, Nitro Gear and Axle Excalibur Competition U-joints are must-haves. Constructed of a heavy-duty forged cross joint and hardened caps, these axle joints are greasable and include full circle retaining clips for positive engagement of the caps. Instead of conventional needle bearings, which can be crushed or break under extreme loads, Excalibur Competition joints feature a proprietary bushing material that can survive under extreme pressure. Because of their design, they are not recommended for highway speed and should only be used on applications that are equipped with locking hubs if the vehicle is driven on the street. Available for popular front axle shaft joints, the Excalibur joints replace conventional 297X and 760X Spicer joints, as well as larger 806X and 733X joints. If your method of four-wheeling is considered extreme, then Nitro Excalibur should be your U-joint choice! They are available individually or in pairs.
