Make your engine rebuild more affordable with Summit Racing™ coated forged pistons! They offer the strength of a forging at a cast piston price. They're forged from 4032 aluminum, an alloy containing silicon—which controls the thermal expansion for tighter piston-to-wall clearances. This unique alloy and design reduces piston wobble, limits noise, improves piston ring seating, and increases the overall life of skirts and pin bores.
