Allstar Performance wheel cover conversion kits include 1/4 in.-20 insert plates, wheel cover bolts, and rivets. These kits will convert a wheel cover retainer ring with troublesome quick-turn fasteners to bolt-on style rings. Allstar conversions are available for 1 in. and 1 3/8 in. quick-turn springs.
