Universal Air Conditioner binary switches protect you're A/C system. These HPCO/LPCO switches act as high and low pressure cut outs, turning the compressor clutch off when the refrigerant pressure gets too high to prevent damage to components and failure. They also keep the compressor from coming on when then the pressure is too low, when the outside temperature is too cold or if the system has lost its charge.
