Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Water/Methanol features: The Stage 2.5 uses the progressive VC-50 controller that proportionally injects more or less water/methanol, according to boost pressure. Start and full points are adjustable for engagement and delivery curve to match what the engine requires. Ford Performance Parts 351 Aluminum Windsor engine blocks feature cast iron sleeves and are available in 9.2 in. or 9.5 in. deck heights. The 9.2 in. version of Ford's Z351 aluminum Windsor blocks is great for smaller displacement builds without the penalty of a taller deck. Both versions are cast from high strength 356-T6 grade aluminum and use splayed, 4-bolt, steel main caps on number 2-3-4 main bearings.
