If you're looking for a supercharger your can customize to your needs, without including parts that you don't want, then Vortech kits are for you. Vortech's tuner centrifugal supercharger kits feature lightweight, investment-cast aluminum impellers that are heat-treated, CNC-machined, and high-speed balanced to ensure smooth operation. The gear cases and volutes are cast from premium A356 aluminum alloy, heat-treated, and then CNC-machined. Kits are available in both satin and polished finishes and come with a step-by-step, fully illustrated installation manual. Tuner kits do not include fuel and engine management hardware to allow for custom tuning. These kits do require custom (dyno) tuning by a specialist. Tuner kits are not smog legal. Most kits also include: * Matched supercharger * Heat-resistant silicone hose couplings * Premium-grade flex hose * Flow-tested cast aluminum and/or urethane air discharge tubing * Compressor bypass valve * OEM-style heat-treated cast 356 aluminum mounting brackets * Supercharger drive pulley * Integrated belt tensioner * Premium drive belt * Stainless steel clamps * Heavy-duty mounting hardware Some kits will include a high-flow air intake system, and a reusable air filter element.

Roush 2018-19 5.0L F-150 Phase 1 supercharger kits are an industry-leading calibrated systems. Boosting performance to 650 hp for the 2018-19 Ford F-150 5.0L V8, the Roush 2.65L Phase 1 calibrated supercharger kit is part of the TVS (Twin Vortices Series) line of superchargers developed by Roush Performance, raising the bar for performance and reliability. Eaton's TVS technology rotating assembly delivers more power and better fuel economy in a highly-engineered package and is part of the same line that has been used and proven for years in Roush-built Ford Mustangs. The Roush R2650 TVS supercharger is a roots-type positive displacement supercharger that features twin 4-lobe rotors that are twisted 170 degrees. By comparison, the original Eaton supercharger rotating assembly featured three lobes twisted 60 degrees. The fourth lobe and the added twist, provides a long list of benefits including: greatly enhanced thermal efficiency, higher volumetric capacity, higher operating speeds, a smoother, more efficient flow of air into the engine, and improved noise and vibration characteristics. Unlike turbocharging, the Roush R2650 TVS supercharger provides instant throttle response and can generate increased power through the engine's entire power band.
