Environmental agencies all over the world require oil filters be crushed before they are recycled to ensure all of the oil has been removed. Harnessing 50,000 lbs. of crushing power the RP-50FC units make quick work of both car and truck filters, crushing them to about 20 percent of their original height and squeezing out 95 percent of the residual oil in the process. EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are quiet. The most common complaints about compressors are their high noise levels. EMAX Silent Air units not only still the noise, but they also do it with a big cfm output and lower rpm. Featuring their Whisper 100 system installed on the back of the tanks, stationary compressor dB ratings are reduced by as much as 25 percent. The Whisper dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling intake air through a series of baffle plates and prefilter media inside the silencer cabinet. Piston intake noise is trapped and dissipated within the silencer structure; plus, it also provides secondary filtration for cleaner air. Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are designed for up to 50,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance.
