iDEAL Equipment Open Front Paint Spray Booths
iDEAL 'A-Frame' Open Front Paint Spray Booths are economic, commercial-grade open front units designed to provide optimal 'airflow' with superior lighting for high-quality spray painting and finishing applications. They're a great solution for industrial batch-type and automated production-type finishing systems. Air flows through the open front section of the booth, then passes through the work area toward the rear of booth into the filtered exhaust chamber. Filtered exhaust air is then drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward through the exhaust fan and ducting. The booths are easily installed with heavy-duty, precision-punched 18-gauge panels, allowing for quick nut and bolt assembly. Each booth is standard with a bright white powdercoat finish, deluxe control panel, premium exhaust filters, hinged glass light fixtures, and high-quality tube-axial exhaust fan. iDEAL Paint Mixing Rooms are designed to provide superior lighting with a clean and controlled ventilated work area for safe paint mixing applications. Air flows through the ceiling intake filters toward one end of the room and downward into the filtered exhaust plenum—and then is discharged upward through exhaust fan and ducting. This unique design allows for different installation configurations, as the personnel door can be placed in either the front or side of the mixing room. The fan and plenum chamber are purposely located outside of mixing room to provide lower decibel levels while working inside. With cutting-edge styling, the CF203's have a unique precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center featuring ten asymmetric I-beamed Y-spokes grouped together in opposing pairs.
