EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air Piston Compressors

EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are quiet. The most common complaints about compressors are their high noise levels. EMAX Silent Air units not only still the noise, but they also do it with a big cfm output and lower rpm. Featuring their Whisper 100 system installed on the back of the tanks, stationary compressor dB ratings are reduced by as much as 25 percent. The Whisper dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling intake air through a series of baffle plates and prefilter media inside the silencer cabinet. Piston intake noise is trapped and dissipated within the silencer structure; plus, it also provides secondary filtration for cleaner air. Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are designed for up to 50,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. At the core of these extremely durable compressors are super-quiet pumps featuring cast iron crankcases, precision-balanced cast iron crankshafts, and high-quality stainless steel roller bearings to ensure smooth, efficient operation. Nitrous Express has the upgrade your Hellcat wants! Their Billet Supercharger Lid for Hellcat/Demon applications replaces the factory supercharger lid for a quick and clean install. The improved airflow design of this new lid ensures maximum flow—and the placement of nitrous and water/methanol passages provides huge increases in horsepower and torque. The system does not have a spraybar, so nitrous and fuel are injected inline with the supercharger air discharge. This means the fuel/nitrous mixture is swept evenly to each runner. Nitrous/fuel passages are CNC-machined into the lid itself, so the spray pattern is in the perfect location every time. Injecting nitrous into this pre-intercooled hot air discharge super-cools the air charge, resulting in increased flow across the factory intercoolers for maximum power gains. Vortech's carbureted centrifugal supercharger kits are designed to bring the performance and compact fit associated with late model fuel injected kits to vehicles equipped with carbureted engines. In most cases, these kits will fit under your stock hood without modifications. The heart of each kit is either a gear-driven V-1 S-Trim head unit or a gear-driven V-7 YSi-Trim head unit, unless otherwise noted. The cast aluminum carburetor enclosure assembly pressurizes the float bowls and throttle shafts for seamless response, and is designed for use with Holley 4150 or Demon 750 MD carburetors. The enclosure features front and rear -8 AN fuel inlet ports as well as provisions for pressure and vacuum connections. Linkage arms, a splined shaft, left/right hand spherical rod ends, and carburetor studs are included for simple throttle connection and adjustment.
