BD Diesel Performance automatic transmissions are designed to transfer the power from high-torque modified diesel engines. They feature redesigned clutch packs with 50 percent more holding surface, steel 6-pin planetary gear carriers, and new lube ports added for high-load areas. Shift strategies and pressure circuits are also modified to handle the high-torque applications. BD Diesel transmissions are not rebuilt factory transmissions--they are custom-tailored to work with your modified truck.

BD Diesel offers the Performance Common Rail Pump and Injector package for the ultimate in street performance without any extra modifications. This kit includes a drop-in a stock looking CP3 pump and common rail injectors that are far from stock performance levels. With the hood open, your friends will never know what you've got! The CP3 injection pump with 12mm stroke camshaft is engineered with modified plungers to produce up to 5.25 lpm versus the stock 3.05 lpm. Upgraded shaft material and heat treating process yields a stronger, more durable shaft. Long-term durability with consistent on-demand high fuel pressure supply provides efficient atomization—resulting in more power, better combustion, and lower EGTs. Flow-matched, high performance exchange common rail (CR) injectors use OE nozzles that are extrude-honed for increased flow and atomization. These innovative BD Diesel Super B Twin Turbo kits feature fuel modifications and sufficient air, and are capable of developing 300 to 600 rear wheel horsepower. The engineered 2-stage compounded set of Air Werks S300 turbochargers meets the engine's air requirement, and will keep exhaust temperatures and emissions very low. Turbo boost developed by the low-pressure turbo provides quick low-engine rpm response. This air charge is compounded by the high-pressure turbo, which has a broad compressor map for the high-engine rpm.
