They include threaded inserts (heli-coil) in rocker stud and exhaust manifold bolt holes. They have hardened seats and bronze valve guides for strength and durability, and a minimum 9/16 in. deck thickness and machined valve cover rails provide a more consistent gasket seal. The Ultra Lo-Ram provides an additional 19.4mm front and 42.6mm rear clearance compared to the Ford Performance Cobra Jet manifold—plus clears 2015-23 Mustang factory hoods. They're offered in both round and oval throttle body configurations, with replacement front inlets for easy interchangeability. The oval inlet can accommodate up to a 150 x 66mm single throttle body and 93mm on the round variant.
