Racepak also offers adhesive thermocouples that eliminate the need for bung and other sensor mounting methods, making them ideal for a number of surface temperature readings such as shock housing, engine block, fuel tank, fuel pump, electric motor, and battery temperature. These Type-K thermocouple assemblies (Nickel-Chromium/Nickel-Aluminum) are precisely designed for their specific applications and must be used with the appropriate thermocouple amplifier module (sold separately). All probes are terminated with a male 2-pin mini-connector.
