PureFlow AirDog II-5G Fuel Air Separation Systems are the next generation in fuel delivery for a variety of diesel engine applications. The 5G is designed to be the longest lasting, most efficient, and quietest lift pump. AirDog II-5G utilizes a diaphragm-style fuel pressure regulator, allowing the pump to be boost referenced and adjusted from 7-70 psi. The 5G fuel/air separation system features a 4-bearing motor with an intermediate shaft that improves reliability and reduces pump noise. A demand flow design allows the pump to only send the necessary amount of fuel to the engine. They feature a built-in fuel pressure regulator, an ECU that finds the best tune and self-adjusts to it—and the ability to change air/fuel ratios and ignition timing on the fly. Each system has a hand-held controller with a touch screen for initial setup, throttle linkage that suits most transmissions, and is manufactured with OE engineering. The VRS-4150 carburetors are street friendly but race ready—and the one-piece, cast aluminum bodies fit all 4150 and 4500 carb flange manifolds—without requiring an adapter plate. With the new VRS Series carburetors many attributes, they make for easy tuning and great versatility in many applications. They are available in 650, 750, 850, and 950 cfm models, select the model suited to your application needs.
