The Titanium Signature Series diesel fuel system is engineered by FASS Diesel Fuel Systems to be the top performing, longest lasting, and most reliable aftermarket filtration system in the diesel industry. Rated at up to 240 gallons per hour (depending on model), high pressures of 70 psi, and backed the FASS limited lifetime warranty, Titanium Signature Series lift pumps can support your Ford Powerstroke 6.7L diesel engine with enough fuel for 600-900 hp aggressive tuning and high performance fuel system upgrades. A Titanium Signature Series fuel system also offers advanced filtration benefits that will help protect your Powerstroke's injection systems, effectively extending the life of both your injection pump and injectors. These benefits include an improved filtration rating of 2 microns, a built-in water separation filter, and FASS Diesel Fuel Systems' patented air/vapor removal process. Aftermarket lift pumps are important for both drivers and high performance applications when looking to improve either fuel economy or increase horsepower/torque. Kits include a FASS bulkhead and suction tube kit. Machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, the bulkhead fitting is designed to mount directly to the factory fuel tank module (sending unit) to allow the FASS to directly draw and return fuel to the fuel tank module, effectively eliminating all 1/4 tank and 1/8 tank issues when installed correctly. The pickup tube is fabricated from PTFE, which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to approximately 0 miles until empty. These are complete replacements for factory lift pumps and hold a pressure of 45 psi.

Aeromotive A1000 brushless in-line fuel pumps let you upgrade to a fixed-speed, premium unit for faster, more dependable, and uninterrupted fuel delivery--with less power consumption and potential for wear or failure. Utilizing the latest brushless motor technology, these pumps are built for sustained pressure (up to 65 psi) with 90 psi maximum potential. They feature a bedrock-solid roller vane design that primes easily, reduces friction, and improves efficiency. Producing more torque per watt and a higher torque-to-weight ratio, brushless motors deliver less noise, lighter weight, and more reliability. With a higher level of efficiency (down to fractions of a second in design speed control) Aeromotive A1000 brushless fuel pumps provide precise control of fuel pump RPM as pressure rises—better maintaining operation and flow, while producing a flatter flow curve. These tight tolerances result in less current draw, less heat, and extended life. More product features, items, and specifications include: * Extended service life in ethanol and methanol * Integral, external brushless controller for clean installation, cooler fuel, and enhanced reliability * Inlet and outlet ORB-10 ports * Requires straight 12 VDC to 16 VDC power supply (16 V charge systems require voltage regulator or step-down to 12 V) * Not compatible with pulse modulated systems or fuel pump speed controllers * Rated flow of 700 lbs./hr. at 45 psi, 13.5 volts for EFI engines * Rated flow of 900 lbs./hr. at 9 psi, 13.5 volts for carbureted engines * Fuel Injected gas engines rated up to 1,300 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 1,000 HP (forced air induction) * Carbureted gas engines rated up to 1,500 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 1,200 HP (forced air induction) * Fuel Injected E85 engines rated up to 910 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 700 HP (forced air induction) * Carbureted E85 engines rated up to 1,050 HP (naturally aspirated) and up to 840 HP (forced air induction) * Ideal for blow-through carbureted engines up to 1,200 FWHP
