Machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, the bulkhead fitting is designed to mount directly to the factory fuel tank module (sending unit) to allow the FASS to directly draw and return fuel to the fuel tank module, effectively eliminating all 1/4 tank and 1/8 tank issues when installed correctly. The pickup tube is fabricated from PTFE, which can be easily cut to adapt to different depth of fuel tanks. Properly installed, you can safely operate down to approximately 0 miles until empty. These are complete replacements for factory lift pumps and hold a pressure of 45 psi.

The APR low pressure fuel pump upgrade is designed to ensure the low pressure fueling system is capable of delivering the proper volume of fuel from the fuel tank to the high pressure fueling system under high demand situations. The pump operates off of a pulse-width modulated signal sent from the pump's control module, which is mapped in the ECU.
