RAM Powergrip HD Clutch Kits
RAM Powergrip HD clutch kits are the ultimate kit for extreme street and track performance. This race inspired clutch kit will provide more clamping pressure over a stock unit and can handle power levels up to 650 hp. All Powergrip HD kits feature an increased clamp load pressure plate, providing crisp clutch engagement with only a slight increase in pedal effort. The Powergrip HD clutch disc features RAM's premium 900 series metallic facing material on both sides. This allows the Powergrip HD unit to deliver maximum grip in an extreme high-horsepower street or racetrack application. These RAM Powergrip discs also utilize an 8-spring hub to maximize disc strength and durability. All kits include the pressure plate, clutch disc, alignment tool, and release bearing where applicable.

They consist of an aluminum flywheel, a high-clamp Borg and Beck-style pressure plate with a 2,800 lb. clamp load, and a RAM 300 Series organic clutch disc. The RAM single disc push-type conversion C4 Corvette clutch kits use an internal hydraulic throwout bearing, replacing the factory release mechanism, to complete the install. Best of all, these clutch kits are capable of handling up to a 700 hp holding capacity.

RAM 7.25 Stock Car Series clutch kits are specifically designed for Circle Track use. They feature a new internal drive mechanism that provides smooth, drivable engagement, a billet aluminum diaphragm pressure plate, a steel floater plate, and a 4-paddle metallic disc design with twice the friction material of other similar units. The discs have an 8-rivet hub assembly for added durability for 6-rivet hub discs. These kits will bolt directly to most existing 7.25 in. flywheels.

Building on the highly successful Concept 10.5 and Force 9.5 complete dual-disc systems, Concept 9.5 kits incorporate a billet stand design that allows the use of any RAM or other flat flywheel to facilitate installation.
